What this website stores in your browser, and why.

The short version
This website does not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies or third-party tracking. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.
What we do store
One item, and only if you use the HR Health Check:
sw-hc-progress— saved in your browser’s local storage so that your answers are still there if you leave the page and come back. It holds only the option numbers you selected. It never leaves your device, it is not sent to us, and it is cleared when you reset the assessment or clear your browser data.
Fonts
Our typefaces are served by Google Fonts. Loading a font makes a request to Google’s servers, which means your IP address is visible to Google as part of that request. Google does not set cookies for font requests. If you would prefer this not to happen, most browsers and extensions allow you to block third-party font loading; the site remains fully usable with a system font.
Third-party services you choose to use
If you click through to WhatsApp, or send us an email, those services apply their own cookie and privacy policies. We have no control over them.
Managing storage
You can clear local storage for this site at any time through your browser settings, or by selecting “Start again” on the HR Health Check.
